Packages are generally dispatched within 7 working days after receipt of payment via SF Express with a shipment waybill number and drop-off without signature. You will be able to track & trace your package with the shipment waybill numbers on the SF Express HK website.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group separate orders together and ship them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Orders generally are ready for pick up within 7 working days. We will contact you via Email or Whatsapp with a confirmation once the package is ready for collection. It is required to present the notification to us for verifying your identity.
